What allowed you to find your GRIT?
Seeing what I’m capable of in hard times and good times. So many things, like working while going to school full time and passing some of the toughest classes, leaving comfortable situations for a happier life, challenging myself physically and mentally in a bikini competition, and being vulnerable online to share my truth & expand my business. All of these moments allowed me to tap into new levels of grit I didn’t know I had. Looking back, I’m reminded that our strength and power are always within us; we just have to trust.
What are you grateful for?
Ah I’m so incredibly grateful for the life I have now. My health, my work, a growing family, amazing friends, this G+G community and all the people I get to connect with daily. Grateful for a front door a roof and everything in between.
