Our signature 50 min class combines what you love about the fluidity, focus and core work of the Pilates reformer, along with the fat burning cardio intervals done on the Plate. Get ready to tap into your grit, and let your true strength lead you through this full body workout; don't worry we will still end class with a meditation and time to chill.

Give yourself 50 mins to bliss out to the feel of your breath, the openness of your heart and feel your physical body releasing unwanted tension. Breath work, relaxing body scans, reiki and restorative poses utilizing the plate for a full lymphatic flush and reset. If there’s one class that everyone needs to take it’s this one!



OUR MACHINES

We use pilates reformers along with Power Plates to give you a unique methodology that will transform you from the inside out. Grit + Gratitude is NOT classical pilates. Our workouts are fitness inspired blended with pilates, yoga and meditation practices to get you out of your head and back into your body. We focus each class on building strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and endurance.

The Allegro 2 reformers are designed with fitness in mind, enhanced adaptability, and the best essentials of the classical reformer with a fresh modern feel. 

The Power Plate utilizes PrecisionWave Technology that moves in 3 different directions to send waves of energy into your body, causing your muscles to fire anywhere from 30-50 times per second. What makes these machines even more exceptional is that you train both the slow-twitch and fast-twitch muscle fibers simultaneously. With the Power Plate you are able to achieve a high-intensity full-body workout that will improve your flexibility, strength, power, core, and cardio.
