What allowed you to find your GRIT?
Walking in to G+G for the first time changed every aspect of my life - my body, my heart, my mind. Also, learning to let go of others expectations of me and listening to my own heart to find what brings ME joy.
What are you grateful for?
My beautiful family and the life we have built. The sound of ocean waves. Silly group chats. Mint matcha lattes. And dark chocolate.
